About Me:
As a counsellor, I aim to create a safe, comfortable and secure environment where you can talk, be heard non-judgmentally and in complete confidence and feel supported. I have helped many clients make sense and understanding of what may have previously felt incomprehensible. I use Energy Psychotherapy and Mindfulness Meditation techniques in my practice to deepen my work with clients to take talking further.
Qualifications:
I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist accredited with the British association for counselling and psychotherapy BACP. I am a certified accredited EFT practitioner with Emotional Freedom Techniques international. I am also a mindfulness listed teacher with BAMBA the British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches.
My approach to psychotherapy:
An integrative approach mainly using psychodynamic theory and the person centred approach. Integrating my training from energy psychology and my mindfulness and meditation practice.
What you can expect from a session.:
I offer a warm, calm place to talk about anything that is troubling you. I can help you get deep into the core issues by using Energy work and meditation.
Sessions last between 50 minutes to 1 hours and 20 minutes depending on circumstances.
And most importantly theses sessions are for you, it’s your time to work on what ever you want to work on in a calm and relaxed environment.
Sessions can be online via telephone or face-to-face with social distancing in place.
