Homa Therapy involves the use of sacred fires and chants to purify the atmosphere and enhance well-being, Agnihotra is a specific fire ritual performed at sunrise and sunset. Together, we’ll learn how these practices can improve our health, foster harmony, and connect us more deeply with nature. Let’s embark on this transformative journey together.

The class will be held at Crystal Palace Osteopaths & Natural Therapies, 10 Westow St, London SE19 3AH at 3:30 pm on the dot. Please arrive on time as the sunset ritual will start at 4:00 pm.
