We will hold a full moon cleansing and releasing ceremony on Saturday, the 9th of August 2025 from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm at Crystal Palace Osteopaths & Natural Therapies, 10 Westow St, London SE19 3AH. The class will the led by Seth and we will be exploring Fire Meditation, Therapeutic Yoga, Chi Kung and Mediation with intention.

All are welcome at this free event. No need to book just turn up at the venue. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts as late comers will not be buzzed in. This is a donation-based class so no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Read more about Seth here.
